One of Australia’s foremost experts in the field of family, relationships and sexual therapy – prominent psychologist Dr Janet Hall – says too many Australians are getting their priorities wrong in 2016, and failing to find the time to make love … let alone do it well.

Dr Hall, who presented at SEXPO MELBOURNE (Nov 24 – 27) says modern everyday stresses are getting in the way of healthy loving. Too many Aussies are shutting down, not expressing their true feelings, are forgetting to listen, and are simply not making the all-important time for an intimate connection with the person they love.
“All of us need to know that finding the time for love making in a relationship can be a challenge, which is why many Australians should be making it a priority,” notes Dr Hall.
“Ultimately it’s about having a real and soulful connection with your partner that needs to be pursued, and not the first casualty of emails, work or any other 24/7 living pressures.”
RE-CLAIMING THE POWER FOR THE PASSION
OUR 24/7 LIFESTYLE IS A RELATIONSHIP KILLER – We are online, on call and in demand – more often than not for others. Emails, texts, phone calls and work requests can arrive at any time of the day. We don’t stop at 5pm to have our own life any more.
UNDER PRESSURE – Then there are the ‘normal’ stresses involving money, raising children and a seemingly hectic and relentless pace of needing to get things done.
CHANGING YOUR LIFE (AND RELATIONSHIP) FOR THE BETTER – Dr Hall presented ‘Great Sex In A Loving Relationship’ at Sexpo’s S.H.A.R.E Seminars (Sexual Health and Relationship Education). Dr Hall is an energetic and humourous presenter who delivers practical and well-researched information, drawing from her 35-years of experience as a professional therapist.
WORLD FIRST – MOTHER & DAUGHTER ‘SEXPERTS’ – In what may well be a Mother & Daughter ‘world first’ Dr Hall’s daughter, PamElla, also spoke at the S.H.A.R.E Seminars PamElla is a practicing Tantra Coach, helping men, women and couples to find greater fulfilment in their lives. Both Dr Janet and PamElla are available for interview.
